1. Change of Mind Returns

1.1 4FIX will allow a return for store credit or exchange product where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
(a) returned within 14 days of receiving order;
(b) as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
(c) in a resalable condition; and
(d) not damaged in any way.
1.2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
1.3. To return your item for change or mind, you must follow our returns process.
1.4. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.
1.5. You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or store credit (at our discretion) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements of clause 1.1.
1.6. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.


2. Faulty Goods

2.1. If you consider that there is a fault or defect with any item, please return the item to 4FIX within 30 days of purchase for assessment.
2.2. If the item is found to be faulty then you may request:
(a) a refund of the item purchase price; or
(b) a replacement of the item; or
(c) 4FIX to assist in making a claim under any warranty which applies to the item.
2.3. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2.4. Unless otherwise specified in the item description, on or in the item packaging or in written material provided with the item, 4FIX will replace any item with a manufacturing defect within 12 months of the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:
(a) reasonable wear and tear.
(b) accidental misuse, deliberate misuse or unauthorised alterations;
(c) accidental damage;
(d) liquid penetration;
(e) rust or corrosion;
(f) cosmetic damage;
(g) any exclusions outlined in the manufacturer’s warranty which apply to the item;
(h) physical damage;
2.5. The benefits under our warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies under applicable law in relation to the goods.
2.6. If the item is not found to be faulty then you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs incurred by 4FIX to resend the item to you. The item will only be resent to you after these costs are received in full by 4FIX as cleared funds.


3. Item Not What You Ordered

3.1. In the unlikely event that 4FIX sends you an item which is not what you ordered; please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your item at support@4fix.com.au so that we can rectify this for you.
